While cleaning out some old boxes I found an old Dragon Magzine from 1985. There are all these ads for “play by mail games” - were these popular? I guess they are the predecessors to on-line games, is this the great-grandfather of Warcraft? - Martin

D&D

jinxy0013:

I’ve played about two long sessions of D&D. And even though it’s great and fun; I’m having a hard time roleplaying. Which is ridiculous because I’ve practically molded my life into one huge roleplay. I can’t seem to shed my timidness to go in-depth my with character and play along with my group. I still have a ways to go to feel comfortable in my own skin. :(

Any suggestions for her?
